We understand that sometimes you may need to make a return. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased on our website, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact us via email.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement and process the damaged item(s). We require a photo of the damaged item to help us investigate the cause of the damage.
