High Bush Shui Xian is a type of Oolong Tea and an important cultivar within Wuyi Rock Tea.

It specifically refers to the finished tea made from Shui Xian tea trees that grow in the core production areas of the Wuyi Mountains, where the trees are relatively old and have high trunks.

It is renowned for its unique aroma and mellow, thick mouthfeel. As the saying goes: "Rou gui has the supreme fragrance, while Shui Xian has the supreme mellowness" .
