Tie Guan Yin, a semi-fermented oolong tea, is native to Anxi County, Fujian Province, and ranks among China's Top Ten Famous Teas. It boasts a unique orchid-like fragrance and charm, with a golden and translucent liquor color, a mellow taste, and a long-lasting, lingering aftertaste that delights the senses.

Brewing Instructions:Gaiwan or Teapot Method

Water temperature: 212°F Ratio: 0.25 oz tea / 150ml water

Water steps: Rinse the tea first. The first through third infusions can be steeped for 5 seconds before pouring out the liquor. Starting from the fourth infusion, increase the steeping time by 5 seconds per infusion.

Storage Instructions:

For optimal storage, it is best to place the tea in an opaque, airtight bag and keep it in the refrigerator.

For long-term preservation (exceeding six months), you may store it in the freezer. Caution: Be sure to avoid repeated thawing and refreezing cycles.
